Info Retail, in Partnership with Tempur-Pedic, is Honored Alongside Companies Like BrightHouse, Tesco, and Toshiba in Multinational Competition for Retail Experience Integration

ATLANTA (Nov. 5, 2012) – Atlanta-based customer experience integration leader, Info Retail, announces today their momentous win of the International Retail Systems Awards at the Lancaster London Hotel.

The Retail Systems Awards are an international competition among the world’s top retailers and marketers. Info Retail won for Best Use of In-store Marketing Technology in retail with the Tempur-Pedic Sleep Experience Center, a system that integrates biometric feedback and customer comfort levels to deliver a customized, technologically integrated customer experience for mattress shoppers.

“The Sleep Experience project showcases the intersection of customer reality with technology,” commented Info Retail CEO Ron Bushman, who leads the group of 30+ industrial and graphic designers and retail strategists behind Info Retail’s work for companies such as The Home Depot and LP Building Products. “Winning the award validates how the application of our three practice areas—strategy, design, and solution management—can create best-of-breed customer experience success for major brands.”
