InReality Hosts CX Day 2013
InReality was proud to host the CXPA’s (Customer Experience Professionals Association) first annual CX Day Atlanta event on October 1st at our headquarters. The goal for CX Day was to celebrate great customer experiences and the professionals who make it happen. This particular CXPA event, sponsored by Verint, was one of 19 similar events worldwide, not including the scores of live online events and countless internal company celebrations that also transpired. The impressive attendee turnout included professionals from leading brands like Starwood Hotels, Newell Rubbermaid, Georgia Tech, NCR Corporation and Chick-fil-a.
Attendees enjoyed an evening filled with networking and an expert CX speaker panel featuring practitioners and professionals from Cox Communications, IHG, Oracle, Performance Inspired, User Insight and Allegiance and was moderated by Mike Wittenstein of Storyminers.
CX Day proved to be the perfect complement to CXPA’s goal to help make purposeful strides in the customer experience learning journey, and InReality’s parallel efforts to bring customer experience to the forefront of the corporate agenda. Overall, the event was a huge success, and the wave of enthusiasm that mushroomed on CX Day left us all feeling truly inspired for the bright future of CX.
