Florian has spent over a decade as a service and customer experience design leader and educator. He’s helped brands across a broad spectrum—from retail, airports and entertainment to financial services—decode how design and technology impacts shopper behavior to create high-performing brand experiences. He now leads the experiential design function at InReality, offering strategic and tactical design leadership to brands like, BASF, Simmons and The Home Depot. He is also a founding board member of the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) Retail Society as well as a design instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
