Seeking to create a stronger partnership with their independent tire dealer network, Bridgestone approached InReality to create a store planning guide. The goal of the guide was to simplify visual merchandising best practices and communicate how to best place and use Bridgestone fixtures to increase dealer sales. After conducting extensive in-store research, InReality developed this comprehensive guide, including information such as how to evaluate the current state-of-store, create dedicated functional merchandising zones and customer sightlines and implement merchandising best practices along with various layout examples to follow based on store formats.
