Phase 1. We Develop a Strategy
We start by collaborating with our client's key stakeholders to identify their challenges and understand their short and long-term goals. Then we apply target market and user research to illuminate unseen opportunities and enable deep understanding of their customers. Finally, we establish strategic direction.
- + Strategy Summits
-
An InReality strategy summit gathers key stakeholders from your business along with the strategists from InReality to discuss the future of your company, your brand, your products, and services. The summit (which can last between one to five business days) is coordinated down to the 15 minute mark in order to effectively assess your challenges, your short-term goals, and your long-term goals.
- + Research
-
Following the strategy summit, we initiate two types of research. “User Research” involves examining the potential and existing customers that interact with your brand, your products, and your services. “Market and Industry Research” involves reviewing the strengths, weaknesses, successes, and challenges of your competitors.
- + Analysis
-
Following the research stage, our analysis stage has three parts. First, we uncover trends in consumer behavior and market activity. Next, we identify anomalies that occur within the data sets of the research stage. Finally, we make high-level and low-level observations about the data to assess the complexities of your brand challenges and goals.
- + Consulting
-
With the findings from the analysis stage, we provide targeted data-driven suggestions for addressing your challenges and goals within your brand, your messaging, your store environments, and your sales process.
- + User Experience
-
User Experience architects translate your strategy into marketing plans and design scenarios so that your team can easily understand and execute the strategic vision.
